FU JIAN WHITE CRANE KUNG FU is widely thought to be the mother style for the Kata Sanchin and Tensho, and one of the key componants of Wing chun kung fu. MARTIN WATTS is one of the only Westerners to practice and teach Fu Jian White Crane in the western World, and was one of the first Westerners to travel to Young Chun China to study this facinating and ancient art.

OKINAWAN HAKATSURU or Okinawan White Crane is directly related to Southern Chinese Kung-Fu, through the teaching of the Hakatsuru kata on Okinawa by Go Ken Ki, directly to Master Matayoshi Shimpo.

Renshi Graham Moughton has studied this little known style of Okinawan Karate, and is one of the only Karate men in Europe to offer instruction in this ancient martial art.

Through the practice of these ancient arts we improve and develop better health.
